Had a wet morning today – what a great feeling to splash into the cold water & taste the salt on my lips. Truth is that the real fun starts when you talk to the other people who are at the beach at this early time of day – everyone has their own story for being there. Among others I met a man who has been starting every day with a swim, a couple who kayaked from their home to grab a cup of coffee and a French man who has been practicing yoga to keep in shape for his job as a life guard. When was the last time you talked to strangers?
